For Women: It is time to honor the moon. She has gravitational influence that affects the liquid nature of our earth. She produces the ocean tides, body tides and tidal acceleration. Made of water, all plants and animals are affected physically, mentally and emotionally by her waxing and waning. As women our cycles connect with this magic and when in balance we can connect with our own power, while surrendering to the ebb and flow.
Holistic healing, including movement, food + herbs, and life-rhythms, help us return to our natural balance when we are out of sync. In our current time it is easy to get further and further from our natural cycles, and we suffer physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Learning to to take time for yourself at any point during your moon cycle will help you center, and drop back into balance. These sessions last 1.5 – 2 hours, and can be online or in-person.

*Marma therapy is an ancient Indian practice whose focus is the manipulation of subtle energy (prana) in the body for the purposes of supporting the healing process. Marma therapy is based on the utilization of 107 points in the body which are considered to be access points to body, mind and consciousness.
For online clients, you must have a good internet connection and a video camera/space to practice yoga through facetime or google hangouts.
